TeleLog: una herramienta OSINT no oficial que genera debate sobre privacidad en Telegram

TeleLog es una plataforma no afiliada ni autorizada por Telegram que permite realizar búsquedas y análisis sobre usuarios, grupos y canales dentro de la plataforma.
Desde una perspectiva de OSINT, este tipo de herramientas pueden resultar útiles para investigaciones digitales, análisis de comunidades, identificación de relaciones entre cuentas y estudio de actividad pública.

Su funcionamiento podría basarse en el uso de Telegram Bot y API , utilizando automatización para recopilar e indexar grandes volúmenes de información disponible en grupos y canales accesibles.

Entre las técnicas utilizadas en este tipo de plataformas se encuentran:

1. Bots que detectan y se unen a grupos públicos.
2. Recolección de enlaces de Telegram publicados en Internet.
3. Identificación de miembros, usuarios, IDs y nombres asociados.
4. Indexación de mensajes y participación en comunidades donde tienen acceso.
5. Relación entre cuentas, grupos y patrones de actividad digital.

El resultado puede ser una gran base de datos que permite realizar análisis históricos, investigación OSINT y monitoreo de comunidades.

Sin embargo, también abre un importante debate:

Aunque pueda utilizar interfaces o APIs disponibles de Telegram, la recopilación masiva de información puede afectar la expectativa de privacidad de los usuarios.
