@jason_odell I’ve been going through a lot of old photos since LRC11 came out, portraits, landscapes and street shots. Some of them are getting subtle touches, but it’s easy in LR to undo everything I’ve ever done to a photo and start over with much better masking.
@CPRNews@nbminor NO! You can be assured the arrogant “I’m too important to stop at stop lights/signs” assholes will take it as an excuse to go blasting through each and every intersection without _ever_ bothering to look; then when they get hit they will turn into instant litigators. No way!
@SteveStaeger Suit yourself. There are portions of the Sand Creek trail and the Highline Canal trail where walkers are beginning to carry extendible batons and heavier than normal walking sticks. I’m done.
@SteveStaeger I know lots of people who ride responsibly too. Compared to the number of total cyclists in the metroplex, we are a drop in a big bucket. You’d think it was a life-threatening decision for a cyclist to signal a turn any more.
@SteveStaeger I don’t normally see 100% of car drivers running stop signs, stop lights, going out of their way to frighten and harass pedestrians, taking the right of way from pedestrians, making illegal turns from the wrong lanes. Drivers aren’t perfect—cyclists are a genuine menace.
@SteveStaeger Nope. Just sixty-seven years of observing cyclists from my automobile, my own bikes, on foot and horseback in the same neighborhood. conversations with friends at local restaurants. Oh yeah, several friends and acquaintances at the emergency rooms at Swedish and Porter Hospitals.
@midnightford@QasimRashid @RepRosendale Before you start expounding about “conquest” and “the way of the world” you should remove the Starfleet Captain’s logo off your posts. Ever hear of the Prime Directive Mr. Star Trek? It may have happened, but it’s not right.
