Hi @airtelindia - My Wi-Fi is down from yesterday morning. and I have registered a complaint 11000755020 yesterday. Since then it is not resolved and it has been re assigning to another technician when scheduled time arrives. Let me know if your team can’t handles the complaints

@abhilas77831286 @urbanclap Even if you take the gas refill, there is no warranty. I have got filled gas from them and after 15 days gas again got leaked and they are saying it is out of warranty. Even a local ac technician gives you 6 months warranty.

@Srihari5771221 @urbancompany_UC This is a very common issue when AC serviced by UC. I have a lot of known people who complained the same including me.

@UC_Assist So this is your response. Just to avoid honouring the warranty. I will not recommend UC to anyone. So if AC gas is leaked within a few days UC is not responsible.

@UC_Assist what is the warranty period of AC gas filling?
I booked an AC service and gas was leaked after service. The technician revisited and filled the gas and assured 6 months warranty. The gas is leaked again within 20 days and the app is not showing warranty.

@airtelindia still extending the resolution time. Since morning there in no broadband internet and on mobile 5G getting 1.8 Mbps speed. I guess you are not taking complaints seriously.
