We are excited to co-host the Evergreen Public Schools' Girls in STEM Event this year! Our members have been hard at work planning exciting challenges and packing/distributing materials to over 100 students across 26 local schools. #STEM

During this difficult times, it’s important to support our those on the front lines of this battle, especially our healthcare workers! You can support the effort by writing letters of thanks & recognition, helping to make masks, and continuing social distancing.

Our team had a wonderful time meeting all the incoming freshmen at Union High's freshman orientation! We were amazed at the sheer number of students excited about robotics, whether it be engineering, programming, and outreach, garnering over forty interested signatures.

As part of Kyler's Eagle Scout project, our team members volunteered to help clean up the school shop, which was in a major state of disorganization and disarray. We reorganized the drawers with new labels, cleaned the surrounding areas and larger tools.

Our team members helped the seniors with any device issue while Kyler and Parker manned the robot in a demonstration for the residents. The residents were awed and excited to see the robot, asking a multitude of questions, and sharing some anecdotes about their lives to us.

Last week, Jasmine and Presten stopped by the Well Haven in Hazel Dell to drop off more of our heat packs. Since our local clinic already had a huge excess, they recommended we reach out to Hazel Dell, and we are glad that we did!

Our team had an amazing time at Hazel Dell Elementary’s first-ever STEAM Night! This was such a great experience, as we got to connect with so many eager kids and parents. Our station attracted many, with long lines for our Ollie driving, and our robot driving.

We had the amazing invitation to visit Portland Air Base, where our local Air Force personnel are stationed. This was an exciting experience for us, as we got to tour the hangars and see the aircraft land. We also were able to drive their bomb-diffusing robots.
