@Nike Done that. Submitted a claim 127131884....Claim was denied because it's normal wear and tear for my 8 year old son to pull on the Velcro and for it to rip away from the shoe? Really? I called the phone number listed and got the same BS. No more Nike in this household.

I will not buy @Nike ever again. My son got a pair of shoes for school and the velcro fails on the first pull. Does Nike really not have the means to replace a $50 pair of shoes?
