@oasis@TicketmasterUK@Twickets Selling them all at face value would mean all the tickets would have sold quickly. Instead 1000s of people were left staring and confused at over priced ones, which held up the queue and created false hope. It was easier sleeping in Olympia in 1997 and paying the face value!!
@oasis@TicketmasterUK@Twickets 7 hours of queuing I got through to find all tickets £300+. Queuing I don’t have an issue with, but the dynamic pricing I do. These warnings about not buying off resellers are rubbing 1000s of peoples’ noses in it. Disingenuous and a massive waste of time. Very avoidable too.

We will make it difficult to contact us, not deal with your issue, not have access to information and then hide behind the process when it goes wrong and put all of the onus on the customer to resolve the issue.
@virginmedia no landline for 3 months, no TV for 2 weeks, patchy internet all the time. Complaints raised and not dealt with, not complaints escalation, stonewalled by the helpdesk. My whole street looking to cancel your service.....sort it out
@virginmedia Imagine any other product where the next step is the code of practice and referring a customer to go to the industry body? Retail? Restaurant? Hotel Industry? I'm still keen to speak to someone who can help me, please msg me if you would like my mobile no......#seewhatyoucando
@virginmedia Oh wow it's official! Maybe it is time to look at your complaints procedure afterall...it's clearly broken and I'm not the only one. Just saw this from this week!!!! #seewhatyoucando
@virginmedia#virginmedia@virginmedia
08/07/23 was my last complaint, just spent another hour on the phone going round & round. No way to escalate a complaint? So so frustrating. Service of late is a disgrace...why stumble when you can soar? #seewhatyoucando
@SW_Help Thanks for posting this, are there services to/from from Wimbledon station at all at the weekend? Specifically are there trains between wimbledon and Clapham junction? Just checking thanks in advance.
@SW_Help Was at Waterloo 45mins ago. Basically nothing leaving at all….(These 4 trains are the entire departure board across the 20+ platforms and none are actually moving)
@oonaghmoulton@HillsideTories Saw a similar advert for a 2nd jab in centre court, so went down there today...was turned away as my first jab was less than 8 weeks ago. They said they'd had loads of people turning up. No surprise there as the poster just said if you are over 40 turn up (i am)...confusing!
@SWLNHS So had my 1st jab 4 weeks ago, saw this poster in Wimbledon so popped down today for jab 2. No such luck as the staff told me there needs to be a min 8 week gap. So not actually sure what the facts are? Can you advise/take this tweet down
🚧 *ENGINEERING* Planned engineering works will be taking place in the Portsmouth area on Saturday 14 and in the Portsmouth, Bracknell to Reading, Wimbledon, Kingston, Surbiton and Waterloo areas on Sunday 15 September. Please visit https://t.co/gClEWG2O2R for details.
@SW_Help Imagine going to the cinema. The film is late and you have to stand as it’s over booked. They then skip 3/4 of the film so the handful of 11pm arrivals can watch it. You then get crushed in the stampede when leaving. You complain and the staff hide behind small print. Enjoy it?
@SW_Help That’s an amazing reply, a firm ‘yes’ to my question! It’s rush hour and Waterloo is the busiest stn in the UK. We all know why you fast run trains, my point is that you shouldn’t. Tonight it put 100s of people at risk and was avoidable. Thanks for your honestly/disdain
@SW_Help Disruption is normal, but the decision to run the train fast was an SWR decision. It’s dangerous to cram 4 trains worth of people onto 1 train. So many people on the platform at Wimbledon that people couldn’t get off. Impacting people’s safety over performance numbers now?
@SW_Help Vauxhall looks like fun, must be 500 people on the platform. I get there are delays, but skipping Vauxhall, Clapham, Earlsfield and Wimbledon isn’t a smart when there hasn’t been a train for 10 mins at 6pm on a Friday. Good customer service
@SW_Help Train that’s now stop skipping and has 1st stop to Norbiton leaves with loads of free seats. Now are crammed on the service to Wimbledon, with the bloke and his full sized bike to boot. It’s ok though the stop skipping will alleviate congestion later on, when we don’t need it.
