And it gets worse. The connection that @VirginAtlantic booked us on didn’t give us enough time to get across @MCO. Lots of stress. Flight missed. Another 3 hour delay. Over 25 hours travelling ☹️

@VirginAtlantic very disappointing Loyal and supportive customers mean nothing anymore. Cancelled our flight with less than 48 hours notice. A trip 18 months in the planning. A dream trip. Doubled our travel time, missing the start of our holiday, no more than a sorry! Appalling!
