In a world of bad news.....at last a tiny bit of good news! Court of Appeal will hear appeal into #HS2 application for Judicial Review. Oakervee didn't take into consideration Paris Agreement and neither did @BorisJohnson or @grantshapps - lets hope Appeal Court allow the JR!
