When Japan is too far from me and I miss ichiran ramen.. I bought the 5 servings box online. Cooked them as instructed and add: a clove of smashed garlic,more ichiran chillie powder, half boiled omega egg and spring onion. You can add chillie cuts, white pepper and sesame seeds

Sometimes I'd be a big baby where I ask a person to read my inbox (mostly email) cz I am mentally unready and the person will do these: tell me if it is a good message or bad, and summarize what was the email about.

Is Bu Imas overrated?
I visited Bandung (after 4 years!!) and went to Bu Imas for lunch, and I told myself.. it is been decades, it cant be still long queue.. but I had to wait an hour until I got my food… I cant lie, the sambal is so good 🤤
