Many people think prayer is reminding God of what He has forgotten.

But God never forgets. He knows your need before you speak it.

So why does He ask us to pray?

Because prayer doesn't inform God. It transforms us.

Prayer shifts our focus from our limitations to God's sufficiency. It reminds us that we were never meant to carry life on our own, you know?

Every sincere prayer is an act of dependence. It says, "Father, I trust You more than I trust myself."

Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding. Proverbs 3:5

Prayer with me
Father, today I choose to depend on You. Teach me to trust Your wisdom above my own understanding and Your timing above my own expectations. Holy Spirit, lead my thoughts, direct my steps, and help me respond to every situation in a way that honours Jesus. I receive Your peace, Your wisdom, and the grace to walk with You today. In Jesus' name, Amen.

🌿 Truth to Carry Today
Prayer is not admitting that God is able. It is admitting that without Him, we are not.

The strongest believers aren't those who depend on themselves the most, but those who depend on God the deepest.

Just a thought...

Perhaps the greatest evidence that God is changing your life isn't that your circumstances have changed.

It's that your response has changed.

The situation is the same.
The pressure is the same.

But you're no longer reacting the way you used to.

You pray instead of panic.
You forgive instead of retaliate.
You trust instead of complain.

That's not weakness. That's the Holy Spirit at work, you get it?

Never despise the quiet transformations that no one else sees. They're often the clearest evidence that you're becoming more like Christ.

And we all... are being transformed into His image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:18

The greatest miracle isn't always a changed situation. Sometimes it's a changed heart.

Money Is a Tool. Don't Let It Become Your Master.

Jesus didn't say money is evil. He said you can't serve two masters, God and money (Matthew 6:24).

That's not a warning about being rich. It's a warning about who's really in control.

Stewardship isn't about how much you give. It's about who you trust with what you have.

If God said "give it all away tomorrow," could you? If yes, you're stewarding. If no, it's stewarding you.

Ask Him to show you where money still has a grip on your heart.

Pornography and following Jesus don’t mix.

Jesus said even looking at someone with lust is already sin in the heart (Matthew 5:28). Porn isn’t harmless, it distorts intimacy, feeds lust instead of starving it, and pulls your mind further from purity, not closer to it.

Freedom is possible though. Confession breaks its power, accountability keeps you honest, and the Spirit gives strength willpower alone can’t.
