It’s been a minute. Surgery done in September is healing amazing, but mobility is lacking….
But you know what? It’s way better than before surgery.
I have very little pain and that’s what matters the most.

@matt_L Hi Matt. No, it was even before my first surgery in March 2021. Surgery Feb 2022 made it worse. Surgery in Sept 2022 fixed damage, but I think most credit goes to my occupational therapist. She fixed me. ❤️

@matt_L Probably 3 or 4 months. Therapy at the same time.

Take casts off;
Do therapy;
Fit new casts (marginally more straight for continued improvement)
Repeat every week.

They help me cope with my expected time away from THINGS.

Spray face moisturizer. CBD patches. Front hook bras.

Had a doctor appointment today.
We decided it’s time to go under a more serious knife.
It will probably be mid September. I’ll let you know.
