@Jess_inthewild I didn’t do it, but my neighborhood started a group chat on Signal. When we moved in we went door to door and met our immediate neighbors on each side and across the street. We didn’t force exchanging numbers but some gave them freely. One added us on Signal.

Staff at the lane entries did nothing to warn people, no signage posted. Other employees made vague reference to “rules” and refused to let people switch. None of these were CBP agents. Those that left the regular line forced to return to the back. Who does this serve?

Terrible experience with @TorontoPearson #dexterra employees outside US Customs/Terminal 1. @AirCanada encouraged use of the MPC app, but once in the regular customs line, multiple passengers barred from leaving the line to use MPC lane, placing an inefficient burden on @CBP.
