So no response @Delta? In any other model this would qualify as theft. “Payment” kept for no service rendered. It’s not a lot of miles but they were still traded for a service I never received. Very disappointing.

Pretty annoyed that @delta won’t refund the Skymiles I used for an upgrade after a last minute customer alteration changed my flight plans for today. Keeping “payment” for something you didn’t provide isn’t cool at all.
