Such a user friendly food ordering app that is available 24/7 that when your order is f***ed up you get to hear in all politeness an automated response that you will get max a refund for being waiting for order for more than 1 hr on empty stomach

your ZIA is the worst customer chatbot I have seen . I have received wrong order but the "ZIA" the dumb assistant is not allowing me to get refund coupon or reorder . I can't even type anything , only have to select from useless options
