Every few years I relisten to @hodgman’s radio story about this attempt to rewrite The Phantom Menace. It’s beautiful and moving and honestly it’s helped me better understand why I feel the way I do about the sequel trilogy. Give it a listen

Seeing countless comments and threads of people trying to “fix” the Star Wars sequels reminds me of the This American Life story John @hodgman did about his attempt to rewrite Episode I. It’s a surprisingly beautiful piece and worth listening to
