I am shocked and deeply troubled to learn of the enforced disappearance of youth leader Mulinge Muteti at the hands of Ruto's security personnel.

The irony is stark - even as William Ruto stands at the UN General Assembly, a platform where fundamental freedoms take centre stage, his own security apparatus is disappearing young Kenyans back home.

I demand the unconditional production of Mulinge Muteti.
