Great work, advancing knowledge. HDF vs HD for mortality. High volumes hdf gives survival advantage. We just completed one of the very few positive trials in dialysis since many years and I am very pleased to see this. Available now on NEJM. Just presented at #ERA23-Blankestijn.

Interesting read from a meeting in Davos. I flew because the difference in time investment made a huge difference in extra child care labor for my husband... only for the waiting times at Schiphol to get so bad that in the end, it only makes an hour's difference.
