@SamirGadhok I paid Royce Palladium Rs 3165/- but they neither gave me the chocolates nor the refund! No courtesy call from the store. Nothing. Just a flat denial of having received the funds, despite sending screenshots of payment receipts!! Shocking!!!

@HathwayBrdband On the renewal date of my Hathway acct they called me & offered me a certain 6+1 month renewal amount for my existing plan of speed 150mbps but once payment was rendered i was informed that the plan would be of a lesser speed of 50mbps. This breach of agreement is unacceptable.
