@GoogleMyBiz Thank you for responding. However, my issue is still pending. I have all the evidence, and even the person whose photo was used has approached Google regarding this matter.
Could you please tell me where we can escalate this or submit our evidence for a proper investigation? Thx
@GoogleMyBiz@GoogleBusiness@Google We have submitted clear evidence proving serious inconsistencies in a suspected fake review, yet our case remains “Decision pending.” Pleasehave a dedicated team member review our evidence. We are simply asking for a fair, proper investigation
@GoogleMyBiz@GoogleBusiness@Google Our suspected fake/defamatory review case has been “Decision pending” for a long time, despite substantial evidence, including no booking record and identity/photo concerns. We’re not asking for special treatment—just a proper human review.
@GoogleMyBiz I repeated appeals and evidence, there’s still no resolution. Google supports businesses that work hard to build their reputation, i m sure goggle also protect them from deliberate false reviews. Kindly review our evidence and help us.

@Sam345560455144@Concern70732755@CitImmCanada@MarkJCarney@RachelBendayan I am a 2022 caregiver applicant. It is now 2026—almost four years of waiting, entering the fifth year, despite submitting my required work experience over a year ago and making multiple ATIP/ATRs.
This prolonged delay is affecting our careers, families, and mental well-being.
@CitImmCanada Caregivers waiting from 5 years still waiting for PR no update from 1 year after latest update many are struggling do u know how difficult is the survival no pr renting the houses pls do the needful
We are Caregiver PR applicants waiting 1.5 to 2+ years in Stage 2 with no final decision.
Our 3-year work permits are expiring, putting families and jobs at risk.
We request faster processing and PR approvals for Caregivers.
