Visited the beautiful Gloucester Cathedral on Saturday. A fine example of English Gothic architecture and the beautiful fan vaulting in the cloisters and lavatorium. Also the resting place of King Edward II. #gloucester #churchcrawling #cathedrals

A good couple of hours supporting an organised litter pick in Dudley Port in Sandwell. Nice to meet fellow @Litterwatch1 volunteers. Sad to see so much to fly tipping but a good sense of community spirit working together with strangers. #litterpicking #litter

It wouldn't be a day out without me admiring beautiful tombstones & memorials, the memento mori, are my favourite reminding us of our mortality.

I also loved the toad sitting on the head of two female eavesdroppers, the toad represents gossip & the medieval wall paintings.

A lovely annual leave day visiting Lichfield Cathedral. Seeing the 8th century Lichfield Angel and medieval paintings has been wonderful.

Last night as a family we saw the fabulous @cmatbaby in Birmingham and she did not disappoint. Fantastic finale with Stay For Something. @Fancyhagood was a brilliant support act too with a beautiful voice and very talented guitarist.
