@EdMusic98320@BritishMAGA@lil_doza nah women didnt die for me to vote just so i wouldn’t because of some random person on twitter. but have a lovely night regardless:) i hope you continue to feel happy and safe and not penalised due to the colour of your skin <3
@EdMusic98320@BritishMAGA@lil_doza tbh, its late im going to bed. if being a woman means im more empathetic and caring then so be it. ive got my head screwed on, i understand the world we’re in and can see the struggles from every side. if that means im incorrect then so be it. heres to being a woman xxx
@EdMusic98320@BritishMAGA@lil_doza how do you know this? my auntie migrated from the Philipines to ireland 20 years ago. not a western country yet id say she is one of the most empathetic people in the world and gives her life to her nursing job?
@EdMusic98320@BritishMAGA@lil_doza You’re overstating the research. Baron-Cohen’s theory shows average differences with huge overlap, not rules about ability.
Higher empathy scores don’t mean women “lack empirical thinking”, that’s an unsupported leap. Funnily enough, I cited that in my dissertation.
@Si_sin_huang@umbrixiv@lil_doza well my family moved over from the republic of ireland in my grandparents generation, should i not be allowed to vote? am i an invader?
@Si_sin_huang@umbrixiv@lil_doza No i said that academic sources do not cite wikipedia, not that wikipedia cites other sources. please read my tweets correctly <3
@Si_sin_huang@umbrixiv@lil_doza That’s not what “invasion” means in any legal or academic sense, it’s a political label, not a statistic. Migration levels and citizenship rules are policy decisions made through law and elections. You can oppose policy, but calling citizens “invaders” isn’t fact-based.
@Si_sin_huang@umbrixiv@lil_doza ahh wikipedia, a very well trusted source that is taken literally, and no academic sources ever cite from Wikipedia (if they do they are often penalised)🫠
@EdMusic98320@BritishMAGA@lil_doza Bless you. You’ve bundled three unrelated topics to force a narrative. Migration is a labour + demographic policy issue, NHS eligibility is a rules/funding question, and abortion is healthcare law. None of that equals “civilisation decline”, that’s rhetoric, not evidence.
@Si_sin_huang@umbrixiv@lil_doza You’re mixing ethnicity, nationality, and personal opinion. British citizenship isn’t “given by traitors”, it’s a legal status defined in law, not something based on your approval. And immigration history isn’t measured by one group’s % at a chosen point in time.
@Si_sin_huang@umbrixiv@lil_doza Those figures aren’t correct.
ONS 2021 shows ~53.8% White British in London, not 37%. There is no official dataset showing “English people 99.9% to 73%”. You’re mixing ethnicity categories with nationality and inventing trends the data doesn’t support.
@EdMusic98320@BritishMAGA@lil_doza ah bringing it back to good old sexism when you’re argument hasn’t worked, you’re living up to the Murdoch name ill tell you that
@Si_sin_huang@umbrixiv@lil_doza The “36% British” claim usually refers to ethnic categories, not nationality. Most Londoners are still British citizens (ONS Census 2021). Migration isn’t new. London has always changed through Huguenots, Irish, Commonwealth and EU migration. It’s continuity, not “invasion”.
@Si_sin_huang@umbrixiv@lil_doza What you call "replacement" is a political narrative, not a demographic fact. European countries aren't on one trajectory; migration, birth rates, and policies vary wildly over time. Planning your future is smart, but using slogans instead of actual data will only mislead you.
@Si_sin_huang@umbrixiv@lil_doza No, that’s not what the data says. In London, “minority” usually refers to ethnic census categories, not nationality. Most London residents are British citizens.
Immigration ≠ “replacement.” It’s a long-standing feature of London’s history and economy, not a sudden switch
@Si_sin_huang@umbrixiv@lil_doza You’re not British, yet you’re commenting on “Britain being replaced” and British politics. So which is it? Are you involved in the discussion or just selectively when it suits the argument?
Why are you commenting about a country you claim no connection to?
