Losses, wiped out profits, debt they didn't know how to face. I'm not treating that as dramatic. Neither should you.

When you lose money in the market, it's not always just money. Sometimes it's rent, years of grinding, a plan you built your life around and now it's gone. What's left is this voice telling you that you should have known better, that you were stupid, that everyone else saw it coming. That voice lies. It doesn't feel like it when you're deep in it, but it does.

If you're in that place right now, you made a bet. It didn't work out. Maybe you were leveraged, maybe you went in too deep, maybe the timing was just bad. That doesn't make you worthless. Every investor you respect has a story they don't post about. The market has survived worse than this. But none of that matters if you're not here.

Talk to someone. A friend, family, a professional. Anyone. The embarrassment of saying you're not okay is nothing compared to what you leave behind if you don't.

To everyone else, PLEASE check on your people. Not a meme check-in. A real one. Ask how they're actually doing. Ask several times if needed. Some people hold it together on the outside and are completely falling apart and they're waiting for one more question.

And cut the "harusnya pegang cash aja", "harusnya ga usah trading" stuff. You don't know what that money meant to someone. What's humor to you might be the last thing someone reads before they make a decision that can't be undone. Ask yourself if you'd say it to your brother. Your best friend. Your parent.
The market is brutal. You don't have to add to it.
