I'd rather work with a 50K subscriber creator than a 5M subscriber creator. 👀

Not because the thumbnails are easier.

Because there's usually fewer people between me and the decision-maker.

Small creator:
👤 Creator → 🎨 Me

Big channel: (Especially Agency Handling)
👤 Creator → 👨‍💼 Manager → 📋 Strategist → ✂️ Editor → 🎨 Me

The more layers involved:
⏳ Slower feedback
❌ Less clarity
🔄 More revisions
😵 More confusion
I've learned that clear communication beats prestige every time. 🤝

A thumbnail doesn't care how big the channel is.
It only cares whether the goal was communicated clearly. 🎯

Most freelancers chase bigger clients. 🏆
I chase direct access. 🚀

🚨 Most thumbnail designers use AI to generate images.
I use it to fix bad positioning.

Instead of searching for the “perfect” image, I used AI to create a better pose that improved:
→ composition
→ eye flow
→ storytelling
→ clickability 📈

AI shouldn’t replace creativity.
It should enhance execution. ⚡
