@Visible I cancelled my service yesterday and was up and running with @Mintmobile in less than 20 minutes. I was without service for over 24hrs at Visible (issue still not fixed so would've been over 48hrs) which was unacceptable.
@Visible I do not recommend anyone changing to the new Visible network.
I tried to upgrade and now have been without service for 15 hours, have spoken to at least 4 customer services reps, spent 5 hours in a chat, sat in chat queues for over an hour and still have no service.
President Trump: "We are going to take a strong look at our country's libel laws ... You can't say things that are false, knowingly false, and be able to smile as money pours into your bank account."
