Update: Since our initial report and outreach, our firm has received 18 additional fake reviews, bringing the total to 28 negative reviews (1–3⭐️).
The same individual continues to message us, offering “help” to remove the reviews — clearly a coordinated extortion attempt.
@Google@GoogleMyBiz@GoogleSmallBiz — we urgently request that you allow DMs so we can share the evidence privately, including screenshots and timestamps.
This is severely impacting our small business and we’re out of options.

@GoogleMyBiz We were hit with 4 fake reviews in 20 mins right after an extortion attempt via WhatsApp. This is urgent. We flagged them but need real help. Can you escalate? We have proof/screenshots. Please advise if we should DM. #GoogleBusiness#SmallBusiness
Understood. However, this goes beyond a typical flagged review. This was a coordinated extortion attempt backed by evidence we’re willing to share.
We respectfully ask again: Please open DMs so we can securely send proof. This cannot be resolved through the general reporting tool.
Thank you.
Thank you for the response. Due to the sensitivity of this issue and the fact that it involves attempted extortion, we are not comfortable sharing evidence publicly. We are happy to send all screenshots and documentation privately.
Please DM us or allow DMs so we can provide the timeline, WhatsApp messages, and the 10 coordinated fake reviews (posted within 2 hours). We sincerely appreciate your help.
We got a WhatsApp msg before 10 (1–3⭐) fake Google reviews hit in <2 hrs. The sender claimed they were paid to post — then offered help removing them.
@Google@GoogleMyBiz@GoogleSmallBiz please DM for the full thread & affected profile.
