@oconomick His future isnt at #avfc. Emery’s 1 & only signing in Jan was a LB. Look at Digne’s assists the preseason he didnt look bothered or engaged at all. Villa will cash in given the chance. Emery doesn’t want him. The only “Emery” signings we have made are a LB & a LCB. Digne is done.

Midfield is too strong to not start all 4. 1 attacking full back & a LCB to balance. Only Cash above Digne because I preffer Pau to Chambers. Think Pau can play through the press better than the others. Yes he might get cooked outwide but I expect Emery gets LDM to cover #avfc

@covenhoven86 If you look at the great teams they had an attacking FB & a defensive 1. Cole + Ivanovic, Carlos + Salgado, peps plays Ake at LB, Fergie played a CB at FB all the time. I think thats why TAA gets caught out cause robertson plays as a LWB. Easily exposed on the counter with 2 WBs
