Ein Hauptgrund glaub ich ist, unsere Schulsystem kommt aus der "industrial industry" - wo Arbeit in dreißig Jahren so wie heute ist
Wir haben heute die "knowledge industry" wo keiner weiß was in fünf Jahren ist...

@shuomi3 That is exactly the reason I got an iPod Touch 😂
I blocked there the browser and disabled all distracting things, let a friend set a password.
So I have like notes, home automation,...
My regular phone is in a drawer.

Feels pretty free, only getting it when really necessary ^^

Also having the option to add tags with autocomplete, not necessarily the option to roam, would be really nice though

But just to write would be really great...

Even unsure if roam could fully be used without mouse? 😁

I have to learn more about roam though ^^

Maybe having Freewriter with pages/autocomplete might be nice for later copy/paste to roam

But they aim at different things,might be hard to combine

Switched from lifelong QWERTZ to a QWERTY
Keyboard-Layout.

Best decision in a while.

Roam shortcuts makes so much more sense now😁

as long as textexpander/WindowSwitching and such things work fast, nothing distracts me and I can adjust shortcuts to match my finger memory

And Linux currently seem to get the least in my way of using it.

I at least found roam to be perfect for my research,
feeling I can settle there.

Because tbh... I don't like programming and computers. I don't understand them.
I just want to write and research 😅

what so many other great minds seem to see and enjoy there.
Also the butter smooth DesktopZoom, Spacebar for Preview, tags on files is something others seemingly can't do (as well)...

@CatoMinor3 @MasterKingStar I use windows the most, since I know it the best currently and can build almost anything I want/need in ahk.

I used to really like MacOS.
And I kind of want to really like it once more (using mac would be so easy..)
I use it still (due to the still great MacBook I have)
