@SkyUK So the last person who said they would get back to me hasn’t called back and when I try the number again now it says it’s closed for the night. This is ridiculous, 5 hours, 13 different people, 16 phone calls and no help! #WorstService #skymobile

[Gemma Johns @gem_durham]

@SkyUK Thank you!

[Gemma Johns @gem_durham]

@NickWynford @SkyUK @SingaporeAir Please @SkyUK there must be some way you can help. I’m currently speaking to my 11th customer service agent this evening.

[Gemma Johns @gem_durham]

@SkyUK @NickWynford This is the problem. The spend cap is off but the his phone thinks there is still a spend cap. One of your team was helping him through this but got cut off and since then noone has been able to help.

[Gemma Johns @gem_durham]

@SkyUK This is getting ridiculous, I’ve now spoken to 9 different agents, each one giving me different answers and so far no one is able to help! #WorstService #skymobile

[Nick Durham 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿 @NickWynford]

@SkyUK Hi Sky I need help, I’m currently stuck in Singapore because of the Heathrow fire and @SingaporeAir cannot contact me because of a problem with my “roaming cap”

[Gemma Johns @gem_durham]

@JonBergdahl Where did you find it please?

[Gemma Johns @gem_durham]

@jbenhamman Can’t find it anywhere, I’ve been looking all week!

[Gemma Johns @gem_durham]

@SuellaBraverman How can any MP be so out of touch with reality to believe that homelessness is a choice? Perhaps you should look at why there has been such an increase in homelessness under this government and how you can help people to prevent homelessness in the first place.

[Gemma Johns @gem_durham]

@lizrippin @Rose_Ivy_George @FreeStyleDiabet This was really helpful, thank you. x

[IvyRose @Rose_Ivy_George]

@FreeStyleDiabet What’s going on with the Freestyle Libre2 App? I couldn’t get on to any screens this morning, turned my phone off and on, still nothing. Deleted the App but can’t reinstall it as it’s not available in App Store.

This is as true today as it was 75 years ago.

RT is you agree Aneurin Bevan, the founder of the NHS, was an absolute legend.

The Home Office has admitted it has no evidence to back up ⁦@SuellaBraverman⁩’s assertion that “70% of individuals on small boats are single men who are effectively economic migrants”.

They have made no effort to correct this made-up statistic https://t.co/du7gu8uv50

So festive.

@Nigella_Lawson Whilst cooking tonight’s pasta dish my dad was talking about some fantastic black pepper he had in Italy and said “I wish Nigella would say which black pepper she uses”, any suggestions?!

A Funeral with no wake or celebration of a family member who I knew all my life.
Just part of my story last year. So many others stories and harrowing situations out there.
Our government are an absolute disgrace. I hate you.
