I had booked ticket from Bangalore to Patna for 29th September in @flyspicejet. I reached at the baggage counter at 3:20 p.m. and flight departure time is 3:50 p.m. So, according to this boarding pass boarding starts at 3:20 p.m. Inspite of this at 3:15 p.m. at baggage counter.

ticket for 17000, so 17000 is a huge amount for me. Atleast Spicejet can provide rescheduling facility. Literally I am very much disappointed by this kind of behaviour by spicejet @flyspicejet

they told me that doors are closed so, they are not able to allow me to travel today. I requested them many times but they are not ready to hear anything. I also asked for any option like refund or rescheduling but they clearly denied and told me to make new booking. I booked

Today I had given exam of relevel for the second time and both the time I found some questions which I had to answer is something that I think Unacademy's tutors also can't answer.

Why unnecessarily generate traffic at psk Patna
My documents had been successfully verified with my physical presence.
And also my Police verification was done on 29th July 2019.
It is difficult for me to visit PSK patna.
Also,
I am unable to book appointment
