@MsCarla92 @ChicChronically Unfortunately I don't think queue placement had anything to do with it. I was below 2000 and got through in 3 minutes. Hopes extremely high just for everything to be unavailable and accused of being a bot multiple times

@NOWHelpTeam is there an issue with servers? I've had 0.05mbps download speed since yesterday. I can't get help without it forcing through to a technicial check which I can't do due to lack of download speed. The phone line doesn't want to work either from a different network
