So sick of the @c2c_Rail the 18:30 from Fenchurch st arrived late - no info on what time it will now depart- & now the 18:34 has departed which I could have got on- if I knew I would have got that train instead! The lack of communication is dreadful - another day another delay

@c2c_Rail it’s 1:30am with no information! 100’s of people are stuck! Ty here are no taxis- people are stranded!

@c2c_Rail you have failed! points failure -we had to leave the train at westham - got the district line to Upminster and all trains cancelled! No updates no info and now stranded at 1am in the morning! There are hundreds of people and no communication !! Disgusting
