Deliveroo is a scam, just to get money.
I've had multiple times now where food either turns up late and cold or missing items or wrong items.
And Deliveroo does nothing.
Absolutely nothing. Customer service is a disgrace 😤

I ordered food last night, waited 1 half hours for it to turn up cold. I messaged in app and called and was told nothing we can do. I wasn't offered a refund or new food sent out. Disgusting service.
