@marksandspencer I got a refund and an alternative cake off the shelf. Nothing special about it. Doesn’t really make up for the fact we haven’t got the cake we wanted for her birthday. Wished I’d ordered from a local bakery tbh, where I’m sure this wouldn’t have happened.

@marksandspencer So disappointed this is how I received my daughters first birthday cake, it was checked in the shop icing smushed message ruined. It looks rubbish!! Too late to sort out replacement. Never again!

@KFJSNKDF @VillaPlusNews @VillaPlusNews its not clear on your website. Are you Abta accommodation only covered, what happens if we are advised not to travel and we are villa only. Its not clear on the website. I understand we may not be entitled to an alternative holiday but will we get a refund?
