Why is the Theatre now so expensive? Wanted to take my daughter to Sleeping Beauty @LondonPalladium but any decent seats are over £100 per ticket. It's just unobtainable for many people to spend £400 or more for a family theatre trip. @LWTheatres

@Mazuma been trying Sort out offer 4 phone sold to you for the past few days. Told there were scratches on the phone but I have pictures clearly showing these were not there when I sent, told my pictures are not clear enough and phone will be sent back to me. Terrible Service.

@HMRCcustomers This doesn't really give any additional information. We have tried over and over to get through on the phone but are always on hold then told the query can't be dealt with today and cut off....

@HMRCcustomers husband has been having issues receiving his refund for Tax, tried several times, entered Bank details online as he can see the overpayment in his account but each time he goes to check, he is having to start again and reenter details. How can he check status?

@virginmedia website is so slow since the changes. Paid by Bill online but rather than the whole amount, somehow 45p was missed (not my doing) and its now saying my Bill is overdue. Been trying to pay the last amount for a few says and can't even get through to the payment page!

£7000 on Christmas Decorations and she alternates each year?! What about donating some of the old ones if you can afford to change them each year? some people cant afford presents let alone OTT decorations! I'd hate to think of the environmental impact too #thismorning
