yet they ask for official ID. My ID doesn’t show my email or phone number, so how would that prove anything?

I’ve already shown them that I can log in and navigate the app, and I even sent the original registration email I received back in 2022+

@ready_co but there is no such step in the app itself. That’s why I only want to update my current phone number. Shouldn’t the request coming from my registered email be enough for you to process it?
