Crete shouldn’t be missing 72 pieces of luggage from British airways. This is unacceptable. If anyone flies to Crete, Greece on British airlines don’t check your luggage, you won’t get it. Anna Dolan 😡

I’m not anywhere near to stores to buy clothes. This is a billion dollar industry that needs to do better for its passengers. My flight #0696 where are my clothes? I’m on vacation. 😡

Crete’s airport-luggage would arrive 1 hr later & it might be delivered in 3 days because they have 72 pieces of luggage missing. I was dismissed. How can people at an airline that is reputable not care.

On 5/16/26 I boarded a flight in NYCs JFK airport heading to London & taking a connecting flight from London to Crete Greece on British Airways. Arrived in Crete no luggage.

@933WMMR Heartbreaking 💔 that he’s gone. He was such a caring, loving and inspirational man. He will never be forgotten but will be missed terribly. He’s in the biggest concert 🎵 hall rocking out with the other greats that have passed. Thank you for everything 🙏🕯️🥲
