My name is Stephen Martin. I am trying to get access to a nasal spray for this three year old boy, Brody DeVault.
He has Creatine Transporter Deficiency. The creatine in his bloodstream does not make its way to his brain. Without treatment, he will live a life of intellectual disability, and probably die young from a seizure.
There is a treatment which has finished Phase 1 clinical trials which may help him. I have spoken to the manufacturer, they will provide it to him under Montana's new law SB535.
But only if we can get them official promises from HHS that they will not be punished for treating a patient under a state law.
I have a meeting with the FDA on the 18th. Right now the single thing which most increases the likelihood of getting Brody treatment, is making sure that President Trump becomes aware of this before that meeting.
I'm posting this in the hopes that I can bring this to the attention of people who can, in turn, bring this to the attention of President Trump. The meeting is in 6 days.
Thank you for your attention to this matter!
American has had lifelong allergies
Every day she has to take allergy medication, she has bad congestion
She got in an Uber and “the Uber driver was a pharmaceutical researcher in his career, and he's like retired, and he just Uber drives for fun, and he was on the team that created Motrin”
He told her that olive leaf extract supplements work super well for helping allergies
She tried it, it worked
“I do have no congestion whatsoever. I'm still kind of sneezy, but I'm not like stuffed up, and that was honestly the worst part. So if you're an allergy, allergy sufferer, give it a try”
This is definitely worth a try and it’s true and backed by science
Olive leaf extract contains key compounds like oleuropein and hydroxytyrosol, which have anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and mast cell-stabilizing effects
Mast cells release histamine during allergic reactions, and recent studies including 2025 research show Olive leaf extract can reduce histamine release
I'm a cardiologist. I've held dying hearts in my hands in the cath lab at 3 AM. And I need to tell you something that changes everything about how we prevent heart attacks.
For decades, the entire field was built on one target: lower LDL cholesterol. Statins save lives — that's settled science. But too many of my patients did everything right — took their statins, hit their numbers, lived clean — and still ended up on my table with a ruptured artery.
We were treating the smoke while the fire kept burning.
The fire is inflammation. And the evidence is now overwhelming.
The CANTOS trial proved it first — lowering inflammation independent of cholesterol reduced cardiac events. But the newer data is what keeps me up at night.
AI-enhanced CT angiography can now detect inflamed arteries by measuring changes in the fat surrounding your coronary vessels — the perivascular fat attenuation index. Higher inflammation in the fat around even one artery independently predicts cardiac death. When multiple arteries show inflammation, the risk multiplies dramatically — even in patients whose cholesterol looks perfect.
This isn't theoretical. This is measurable. Right now. On a scan you can get this month.
Low-dose colchicine — a drug that's been around for centuries for gout — is now FDA-approved specifically for reducing cardiovascular events. It works by quieting the inflammatory cascade that destabilizes the plaque sitting in your arteries. A pill that costs pennies is saving lives the statins couldn't reach.
And the next wave is already in Phase 3 trials. Ziltivekimab — an IL-6 inhibitor — targets the central inflammatory pathway driving atherosclerosis. Phase 2 data showed a 90% reduction in hsCRP. The ZEUS cardiovascular outcomes trial is enrolling now, with results expected late 2026 into 2027. If positive, anti-inflammatory therapy will become standard in managing heart disease alongside lipid-lowering. The era of inflammation-targeted cardiology is arriving.
But it goes deeper than drugs. AI is now predicting heart failure and cardiac events 5+ years before symptoms — integrating CT imaging, electronic health records, and genetic data with accuracy that jumps far beyond traditional risk calculators.
And polygenic risk scores — a simple genetic test that flags inherited cardiovascular risk — are now formally recognized as a risk-enhancing factor in the 2026 ACC/AHA guidelines. A single blood draw can reveal risk that's been silently building since birth. Decades before the first chest pain.
Here's what this means for you right now — today:
Ask your doctor for a high-sensitivity CRP test. It's cheap, routine, and measures the systemic inflammation that standard cholesterol panels completely miss. You can have perfect LDL and inflamed arteries that are quietly preparing to rupture.
If your hsCRP is elevated, discuss low-dose colchicine with your physician. It's FDA-approved for exactly this.
Push for a coronary CT angiography with AI plaque and inflammation analysis if you have risk factors. This isn't the stress test your parents got. This is 3D visualization of your actual arteries — with AI quantifying not just how much plaque you have, but what kind it is and whether the surrounding tissue is inflamed.
Consider polygenic risk score testing — especially with a family history of early heart disease. It's now guideline-supported.
And the foundation that never changes: move daily, eat real food, sleep 7-9 hours, manage stress, and know your numbers — ApoB, Lp(a), hsCRP, fasting insulin.
I left Iran as a child with nothing. I rebuilt everything in a country that gave me the freedom to become a physician. I've spent twenty years watching patients get second chances.
The ones who haunt me aren't the ones who died on my table. They're the ones who survived but never acted on what the science was telling them — years before the event that didn't have to happen.
You can have perfect cholesterol and still have a heart attack. Inflammation plus genetics can drive plaque rupture in arteries that look "fine" on a standard panel.
The myth that normal cholesterol means you're safe has cost more lives than I can count.
We now have the tools to detect the fire — not just the smoke. AI to see it. Genetics to predict it. Drugs to quiet it. And the ancient basics — movement, real food, sleep, purpose — to prevent it from starting.
Prevention is the new cure. And the science to make it real is no longer coming.
It's here.
I’m a stay at home mom. I homeschool our four young children. I manage our homestead and a large garden that accounts for 50% of our family’s food. I run a business and serve in our churches music ministry and at the local community theater. Like many of us, I’m busy. I find it hard to sit down and gather my thoughts long enough to write anything organized or coherent. But what is happening in our lives regarding Lucy and my husband is enough to make me take the time.
This is our first year studying the Constitution in our homeschool. I find it wholly important that we teach our children to truly understand individual liberty, natural rights, and the balance between government power and the freedom of ordinary people to live their lives in peace.
Ironically, while teaching these very principles, we have found ourselves living through a situation that has challenged them in real time.
At the heart of the American dream is the idea that we should be able to live our lives in peace without unnecessary intrusion from the government or otherwise.
That principle is woven throughout our Constitution and Bill of Rights.
The Fourth Amendment protects the right of people to be secure in their homes and property from unreasonable intrusion by the government.
The Ninth and Fourteenth Amendments recognizing that Americans possess natural rights beyond those specifically listed in the Constitution—rights like the freedom to peacefully live on your property, rights to personal privacy, to raise your children according to your values, build a homestead, make decisions for your family, and exist without constant harassment or interference from neighbors or government officials.
The Tenth Amendment reminds us that governmental power is to remain limited, and that authority ultimately rests with the people—not with unelected bureaucrats or neighbors who attempt to weaponize the system to control every detail of someone else’s private life.
The overwhelming response from Americans across the country regarding Lucy has reinforced exactly that. Thousands of ordinary people from every background have spoken up and challenged what is happening, reminding us that the voice of the people still matters when systems fail to exercise common sense, restraint, or compassion.
Still, somehow, we have reached a point where a family—MY family—can be harassed for years, dragged through the system, publicly slandered, financially devastated, and have their beloved dog taken away over a situation that common sense should have resolved in five minutes.
We are supposed to be a nation where families can raise their children, care for their animals, work their land, and just live without becoming targets.
A free society cannot survive when laws, complaints, and bureaucracy are weaponized against ordinary people simply because others dislike how they live.
Live and let live should not be controversial in America. Yet here we are. Cameras being pointed into our yard. Multiple court visits because of our farm operations. Slander, libel and gossip being used to publicly smear our character and twist the truth. Lucy is locked away today because people, both in government and in our own community, refused to honor the simple principle of live and let live.
Quite frankly—I don’t care what others think about me. We all have to answer to God someday, and that truth is very real to me. I will continue to extend grace and to forgive. But what I will not do is watch my freedoms and those of my family be squashed because of weaponized technicalities of the law and bullies who abuse the system to intimidate and harass.
What has happened to our family should alarm every American—no matter your politics. Perhaps it does—and that is why our Lucy has become “Americas Dog”.
The fight continues—until Lucy is home and beyond. Laws needs to change so this is never allowed to happen to another family again. The future rights of our children depend on it.

I don’t feel safe in my own home. I haven’t for years. I have heard the slander, I have been the punching bag for people’s hatred towards us, I have felt the eyes (and camera lenses) of people peeking into my life when they had no right to be there. The emotional and physical well-being of my family is suffering. I will sacrifice everything to remedy that.
My family is facing some heartbreaking decisions in the upcoming days.
The generosity, kindness, and support we’ve received during this time has been beyond words, and I truly cannot thank you all enough.
In the midst of advocating for Lucy, our businesses have suffered significantly. The legal costs still ahead, along with the difficult decisions our family is now facing in order to protect our rights to just exist on our land as well as protecting our physical and emotional safety—have become overwhelming.
I am sharing my business website, https://t.co/z39snivHML. This is the very homestead that Lucy has spent years protecting. She has faithfully guarded our animals, our home, our children, and the life we worked so hard to build. She has been a loyal and protective companion for over a decade and she needs to come home! Please feel free to check it out to get a better glimpse at our little homestead and what we do here and why it means so much. It is also another way you can help support our family through this time. I absolutely love being able to give you something back in exchange for your overwhelming generosity!
We simply want our dog back. We want our family whole again. And we want to live our lives in peace.
Moving forward, we are striving to help create real change so this never happens to another family again. We are already working toward building resources, raising MORE awareness, and pushing for changes to laws that allow families and dogs to be devastated in this way.
Enough is enough. No family should be pushed out of their home. And no dog should sit in confinement because of the hatred and vindictiveness of human beings.

This woman has lost 260 pounds eating in a calorie deficit, and she’s sharing one of her go-to high-protein meals — Thai inspired beef summer rolls with a homemade peanut sauce.
Each roll comes in at about 225 calories and packs 33 grams of protein.
She cooks up a flavorful beef filling with carrots, green onions, garlic, lemongrass, and basil, then wraps it all up in rice paper with some fresh veggies. The real star might be the high-protein peanut sauce she makes using PB2 powdered peanut butter.
At the end, her husband tries one and it’s pretty clear he’s a big fan.
It’s a great example of how you can still enjoy flavorful, satisfying food while staying in a deficit.
Have you ever eaten in a calorie deficit? I’ve never tried it myself, but these spring rolls are actually making me want to give it a shot.
.@brendanmjones Kennel stress is real. It is the severe psychological and physical strain dogs can experience when confined in unfamiliar, restrictive environments—especially when they are isolated and taken away from the life and people they know. Kennel stress can kill—especially older dogs.
Lucy is 11 years old. The average lifespan for Canaan breeds is 12. It’s been five weeks. We are wasting time!
She did nothing wrong. We did nothing wrong. And yet we are the ones being treated like criminals. My husband is facing jail time. I’m facing having to raise four children alone if he is taken. Where is the justice? The emotional and psychological toll this has taken on me is unfathomable.
Lucy is our protector. She is the reason I was no longer scared staying alone for months at time during my husband’s deployments. She is the reason I felt comfortable leaving our babies at home with a sitter when I had to leave for training while I served in the USAF. She is the reason our homestead is successful. She has saved the lives of countless of our farm animals from fox, hawks and bears. She is faithful, loving and brave! She served our family faithfully and well. And now, all she knows is that she hasn’t seen us for FIVE weeks.
Does she think we abandoned her?
Does she think the younger dogs took over her job so we just cast her aside?
Does she think we sent her there to die?
It enrages me beyond words that this can happen to an ordinary family who has never done anything but mind their own business. A collar mishap and barking that took place our own property—oh the horrors! How much of a coward do you have to be to call the authorities for such a thing? How much more of a coward do you have to be to take an elderly dog from her home and family for that?
This has to stop. Lucy should be home, riding in the truck with her daddy, or running with Lex in her fields diligently keeping an eye out for hawks. She should be singing songs with me while I practice my music. (She loves to sing, and Lex always joins in. The singing has all but stopped since she was taken. And it is beyond heartbreaking)
WE NEED YOU! Please sign our petition and call the courts to help bring Lucy home!! We also have a GiveSendGo for those who feel led to help with the legal costs we’re still facing. We are still in this fight, and it is YOU who can make a change and help demand the release of Lucy back where she belongs!
As always, thank you for your prayers, encouragement, and support. We are only here because so many of you were moved by my husband’s story and Lucy’s story, and we are forever grateful from the bottom of our hearts!
BRING LUCY HOME!!
