@axainsurance day 3 with no hot water. Engineer arrived today at 9am and gave my mum a mouthful of abuse and left hy 7 minutes past 9. Still have zero hot water. Rang up 3 times sat in a queue for over 40 min each time and still no further along! Shocking service
