i was stuck alone half an hour from home and had to buy a taxi to get home!! i can’t refund my ticket because i had to use it to get into crewe station. i bet other people had the same issue!!!

@WestMidRailway train delays at crewe meant that my train was delayed and i didn’t even know. a train going to the same destination (liverpool) arrived at the time mine was meant to (13:32) but it didn’t stop where i was meant to get off (hartford) so i got sent to runcorn
