@MonsoonUK I spoke with Sarah on your team who was more than helpful and looked into the issue and sorted it for me. You quite obviously did not look close enough, as screenshot showed the issue! Obviously very few good customer service on your team.

@MonsoonUK I replied with copy of email saying I had 30 days to returnand asked to speak with a manager. Still no reply. Can you please advise how I can make returns and get a refund. This is shocking service that I've no way to return items and will be forced to pay for them.
@MonsoonUK I have been contacting Shannon in customer services from the 1st of July as I cannot generate a return label as my order number is not recognised. (screenshots sent). I followed up and no reply, followed up again and got reply saying now outside of return window. 1/2
