I’ve been the one to comfort people who has just lost a loved one. The one to support a struggling new mum with a screaming baby.

@TfL Its disgusting that you want to charge me £35 for my daughter to get her bag back. And I don’t understand why the bag is nearly 2 hours away from me which I can’t get to! She was so upset when she lost it and even more now when I can’t afford to get it back, It’s criminal!!

@CostaCoffee It was very busy and I had to squeeze past a queue of people to get my drink so didn’t click until I got outside by that time of waiting over ten minutes for my drink I had to rush off to work

@VodafoneUK 2 weeks now theres no signal at all in twickenham, where I work customers can’t use their phone to connect to our services, in the month of raising your prices more then ever I have not been able to use what I pay for, I should not be paying a full bill this month!

@superdrug I’m not particularly wanting to go in Superdrug anymore, as soon as you step in you’re made to feel like a thief they follow you up and down the aisle not even trying to be discreet about it, not a one off and not one store it’s most stores. Happens to family & friends
