@UberEats I ordered food, it was ready to be collected within 15 minutes. 40 minutes later, 3 drivers have accepted then declined to deliver my order, so now my food is sat there made and ready to be picked up for 25 minutes and uber are still waiting for a driver.

@virginmedia This says it will be fixes by 2nd May! This will be 10 days of no Internet. This is totally unacceptable. I assume I can cancel my contract with no penalty due these ongoing problems?
