As while teachers get paid an annual salary, teaching assistants are paid term time only. Last time I received the lump sum, I ended up paying 10x my normal repayment for that month. Is there any way to stop this? £390 is a big chunk to loose.

I, like many, will be receiving a ‘lump sum’ in back payments due to the recent agreed pay increase.
As I work in a school this is already pro rata meaning I will get a lesser sum…

@tfwrail there are delays on the Treherbet rail replacement service this morning due to a fire in the Baglan Hotel. The main road through Ynyswen and Treherbet is currently closed #treherbet #railreplacement

Why does @tfwrail hate the valleys? First you reduce services from Cardiff to Pontypridd by 2 per hour which means it’s much harder to make the connecting bus replacements and then you cancel the trains that are running!

Good morning @tfwrail just to make you aware, the 6:29 to Ponty from Treorchy did not stop at the allocated bus stop and did not wait for any passengers despite running early. It seems that information is still not consistently being shared across bus companies. #treherbet

@tfwrail 6:20am direct bus replacement didn’t show up at Treorchy this morning and the 6:40 service was a mini bus which was full leaving Treorchy.

Hi @tfwrail can you confirm where the bus replacement stops for Treorchy will be today? Some Information says it’s the police flats and Parc and Dare but others say Morgan’s Barbers and the Price of Wales (bus stops) thanks

@tfwrail Just letting you know as the station staff asked us to pass it on, they didn’t have a bus scheduled at 7:37, they had 7:30 then 7:52 so had to pull the 7:52 early for passengers needing stops between Ponty and Cardiff. They ran a stand by direct to Cardiff at 7:32.

@tfwrail the bus replacement times from Pontypridd (all stations) to Cardiff are not matching up with the times on your app… there are a lot of frustrated people. Especially given that you’ve already cancelled 2 trains this morning.

Again the Treherbet service has disappeared from time tables between 4pm and 5pm (the time I finish work each day) without any warning or explanation @transport_wales @tfwrail Are we getting an answer today? As I was ignored yesterday #valleyline #TrainDelay #missingtrains
