@HM_Passport @HM_Passport I applied for an adult renewal on the 8th of April and my application has gone backwards from being 'processed' to 'documents received'. I have had to cancel my summer holidays and am unable to have my mortgage approved. I already follow your account. Please respond.

@HM_Passport can you explain what you mean by 'application trackers may show an earlier tracking status'? My application was 'in progress' and now is only saying 'documents received'. Applied on the 9th of April and it now seems that my application has not progressed at all.
