Deeply saddened by the loss of my friend & long time colleague Robert Torres. He was a fantastic human being. Someone you could always count on.
We mourn his passing & will miss his enthusiasm for life.
His beautiful wife Martha & baby daughter Regina are in our prayers.

President @JoeBiden and Vice President @KamalaHarris - the America I want to believe in has been saved & restored! I am thrilled for my friends who have suffered, endured, been scared and felt threatened by their own President and government. You DID it!!!
3 weeks into my new fitness/lifestyle regime & its by far the best I’ve felt mentally and physically for over a year. Never underestimate the power of a good workout! 💪🏼💖
Honestly so so excited to get back to helping. People achieve their own fitness goals! Such a rewarding job being apart of someone’s fitness journey!

the good old days when we could travel.
2019.. started off in Dubai then went to Tokyo, Florida, Tuscany, Rome, Cyprus, Australia, Berlin, Tokyo again, Sweden & countless weekends away ! Oh how I miss flights & hotel rooms!
Heartbroken for all the cheerleaders & dancers who cannot compete at worlds this month! It just doesn’t feel like April without heading to Orlando for the WorldChampionships ! 😫🇺🇸🌎 #Covid19doone
