@Ocado morning! Firstly I’m generally very happy with your deliveries. I wanted to flag that for the second week in a row, you haven’t delivered our baby’s formula. It’s a real pain as it’s an absolute essential so it’s straight out to another supermarket which really is a pain!

@Ocado year after year your Christmas deliveries always disappoint. I’ll be back out to Tesco tomorrow as you’re unable to deliver Christmas party food. I can’t understand why it’s always so bad. Surely you know stock levels?! And the delivery is going to be late - awesome!

@Halfords_uk Very disappointed with the customer service from the Tunbridge Wells branch. Spent a lot of money on roof bars and box and the bars aren’t quite right. Neither customer services or branch taking ownership. Promised call from branch in 24-48hrs which hasn’t happened.

@sewateruk in Flimwell & no water for the 2nd day. I get things go wrong & this really isn’t ideal, BUT one thing you CAN do right now is improve your communication. No emails since 3pm yday. 20 mins before est completion you change it to 3pm - surely you can give more warning?!
