@Protyre (2/2) was also told rudely by the tester that he had waited 10 mins for me. Well I was only 5 mins late! I asked the manager there whether they’d ever kept a customer waiting for 5 minutes to which he agreed they probably had. So seems highly unfair. Won’t be going back.

@Protyre disappointed/ fuming with your rugby branch today…5 minutes late for an MOT appointment (due to traffic) and they point blank refused to do it! Was told be 2 different members of staff the confirmation email stated I needed to be there 15 minutes early-it doesn’t! (1/2)
