Don’t bother going with @virginmedia. They string you along and then you’re left without internet whilst they employ 3rd party contractors to undertake work and blame everything on them.Don’t think you’ll speak to anyone who can help either. It’s a foreign call centre with scrips

@virginmedia Due to outside works needing to be carried out. Kept being told was booked in and everyday no one turned up. They turned up today and told me it was the first date they were allocated it even tho I had said how important it was to come why I had ongoing building works.

@virginmedia new customer &being messed around. I have called numerous times to inform of new driveway being built and for any building works you need to do for installation to be done now. Keep being told that engineers are booked in &noone arrives 🤬🤬

@HMRCcustomers When you say I don’t use them, how does it work. I was working or on maternity leave so would have been contributing to my own contribution levels. This shouldn’t then affect me, right?

@HMRCcustomers Yes I think so. My father is missing NI contributions and he looked after my kids so wondered if he could claim missing contributions because he was a carer of under 12s during the period of missing contributions
