@sainsburys As advised I shop in sainsburys at least twice a week. There is no way I am going to be able to find the original transaction. This is really disappointing. I’m really unhappy these shoes have broken so easily.

@sainsburys I’ve just been into store to try and return these shoes. I purchased 3 weeks ago but discarded the receipt. They said they were unable to help as I don’t have a receipt. Please can you advise what I can do? These shoes were £27 and should have lasted longer than this

@sainsburys I did scan my nectar card at the time but there is nowhere on the website where I can see the transaction/receipt!? I do a lot of shopping in sainsburys so I have lots of transactions in my activity.
