Dear FirstBank, I noticed deductions for ATM card charges though I’ve had no ATM card for 2 years, and SMS alert charges; I haven’t received SMS alerts for 5 years. Kindly investigate, reverse the charges, and stop further deductions. Thanks. @FirstBankngr
